Horseshoe Wine Bottle & Glass Holder

A stylish and charming addition to any outdoor event, barbeques, garden parties, wedding parties or an after show celebration. This unique and functional Wine Bottle Holder and Four Glass Holder is made from a combination of new and used Horseshoes.

Used, “lucky horseshoes” form the bottle support and new shoes hold the glasses.

These holders come in two sizes:

Small – which stands at 65cm and a single spike. A perfect height for using with picnic blankets, or chairs to keep your bottle and glasses safe and spill free.

Tall – which stand 95cm in height and has a double spike for stability. With 20cm going into the ground this will stand at 75cm, a perfect height for garden parties where guests may be standing, to take care of bottles and glasses.

Unless otherwise stated, all our products have been made from used, “lucky horseshoes”. Only used shoes are said to be lucky as the ‘luck is struck into the shoe with every footfall of the horse’. Every shoe has been heated and cleaned to remove dirt and rust, it is then heated and hand forged to shape. Once forged each is filed and burnished to remove sharp edges making the piece tactile and safe to touch. Every piece is then treated with a clear sealant suitable for exterior and interior use.

However, if you do mean to keep you piece outside we do recommend retreating it a couple of times a year (especially within the UK!) with a clear lacquer suitable for exteriors to stop a tarnish developing.
