PERSONALISATION

Personalised Horsehoe orders may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please take care to check the wording you have entered as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards, if we spot what we think is a mistake we will of course get in touch, however it is your responsibility to check for mistakes prior to payment. All Horseshoe Hearts items are crafted by hand, and are meant to look distinctively handmade, rustic and organic. Hand stamped items are meant to look hand stamped and as such not all characters will be perfectly straight.

EXCHANGES

We offer an exchange of non personalised items only, personalised or bespoke pieces cannot be exchanged. You are welcome exchange items up to 14 days from purchase date in original condition and in original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required. Exchanges may be made of the same value, if the exchange exceeds the original value you will be required to pay the difference.

We advise that you send any returns via a reliable tracked and insured method of posting eg. Royal Mail Special Delivery. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Prior to sending an item to exchange please email hello@horseshoehearts.co.uk to confirm your item is entitled to an exchange.

REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery providing the item is in original condition and in all original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required. We advise that you send any returns via a reliable tracked and insured method of posting e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, the cost of any return will not be refunded. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit

Prior to sending a returned item, please email hello@horseshoehearts.co.uk to confirm your item is entitled to a refund after returning.

SENDING YOUR OWN HORSESHOES

We recommend you send precious shoes to us via a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. You send your own shoes at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for shoes lost in transit. We will dispatch your order made from your Horseshoe back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery as agreed by yourself at time of ordering when selecting to use your own shoes. We will only dispatch via these tracked methods however we cannot be held responsible for any item lost in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item has a personalisation fault as a result of our error or is received damaged on arrival please get in contact hello@horseshoehearts.co.uk immediately for a correction or repair.
